Well this is a rather belated "thank you" to all the people who attended my exhibition way back in February and visited me on my stand at the Tatton Park and Chester Home and Garden Design Shows. We had a fantastic time at both of these events and enjoyed a wonderful response for both the indoor canvases and the new vinyl outdoor art which everyone seems to think are great! Which is very good for me indeed!

There was a celebrity visitor at the Chester show and my duaghter Emma, bless her, gave Lawrence Llewelyn Bowen one of my flyers! So I'm waiting by the phone for an order, when you're ready Lawrence!

Talking of celebrities, I have recently filmed a television programme with Twiggy! You can watch it on October 7th on BBC2 at 8.00pm and it's called Twiggy's Frock Exchange. The motivation for the programme is that people often buy clothes that they don't wear and then throw away, so why not swap them to save the environment and your money! I applied for the show because I believed in the concepts but I was asked to feature in thr programme as I had recently "sorted out" my life by starting PINGOART and swapped what I had before for a "new beginning!". I won't tell you any more you'll have to watch the show for all the interesting bits!

I have also been busy developing a new PINGOART idea to print your photograph onto greetings cards complete with the story of the photograph printed onto the back of the card! People seem to love this idea and they are proving very popular. Dare I say it... Great for Christmas! I havea new website GREETINGS CARD page which gives you more details.

There is also a new page just for YOU! It's called YOUR PHOTO STORY and does just that! It gives ou the opportunity to tell myself and visitors to my site all about the stories to your own photographs and to read and comment on the stories that have been written by other people. I think it is a wonderful way to share some of the amazing stories I know are attached to everyone's photographs! I have put two of my own stories on the page to start you off and am really looking forward to reading what you have to contribute.

And talking of presents, I also have a new website SHOP page where you can buy some of the PINGOART range of images on canvases, vinyls or cards. Please look at the image taken by Ben, a young man ith learning difficulties. His photo was entered into the MENCAP "SNAP" photography competition and was included in teh 2008 MENCAP calendar. Ben gave his permission to use his image as part of my range, with a percentage of the sale price going to the MENCAP charity.

Well as you can see a lot's been happening and there is still more to come! This is a very exciting year! Make sure you come back soon to keep up with all the latest events!

Until next time, take care
